Subscription Policy

for Fund2Go Accounts

Notice: All accounts on our trading platform are classified as FUND2GO accounts.

1. Introduction

This policy governs the terms related to subscriptions, account management, payouts, and withdrawal eligibility within the Fund2Go funding program.
By subscribing to any Fund2Go account, you agree to all conditions outlined in this document.

2. Non-Refundable Subscription Fee

  • All Fund2Go subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

  • Discounts or promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Fund2Go is not responsible for missed discounts, coupon errors, or technical issues during payment.

  • Please verify your order and payment details before completing your purchase.

3. Subscription Acknowledgment

By purchasing a Fund2Go account, you acknowledge:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted the Subscription and Withdrawal Policy in full.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your active subscription status.

4. Dispute Policy

Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment (via bank, PayPal, or credit card) will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from all Fund2Go services.

  • Forfeiture of all credits, accounts, and future eligibility.

Fund2Go enforces this to protect its business integrity and community trust.

5. Modifications

Fund2Go reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted on our website and communicated to traders via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

6. Account Access and Management

  • All subscriptions and renewals must be managed directly through the Fund2Go website.

  • Traders can use the dashboard to view active subscriptions, renew, or cancel.

  • Fund2Go support can assist with subscription issues, but trading activities must be performed on your connected platform (NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView).

  • Fund2Go is not responsible for technical issues related to your trading platform.

7. Withdrawal Rules

  1. First Payout:

    • Available after 14 verified trading days.

    • A trading day only counts if at least one trade is placed and daily minimum profit rules are met.

  2. Ongoing Payouts:

    • Subsequent payouts may be requested every 10 verified trading days (twice monthly on the 1st and 15th).

    • To qualify, traders must have at least 8 active trading days within the payout cycle.

  3. Processing Time:

    • Payout requests are reviewed and approved within 3–5 business days.

    • Payouts are processed via PayPal, wire transfer, or crypto (USDT preferred) within 24–48 hours after approval.

  4. Active Subscription Requirement:

    • Your subscription must be active (not canceled or pending cancellation) when requesting payout.

  5. Safety Net Requirement:

    • Accounts must stay above the tier’s withdrawal threshold (Safety Net):

      • Starter: $3,000

      • Elite: $5,000

      • Pro: $9,000

  6. Trading Requirements:

    • You must meet the minimum daily profit and maximum profit per trade rules for all active days.

    • Minimum profits per day:

      • Starter: $150

      • Pro: $200

      • Elite: $300

    • Maximum profit per trade = 15% of your Safety Net.

  7. Credit Payouts:

    • Each winning trade = +1 credit ($1), each losing trade = -1 credit (-$1).

    • Credits may be withdrawn once 100 credits are reached, even if your balance hasn’t hit the safety net.

  8. Consistency Rule:

    • Payouts are based on steady trading activity — not one lucky day.

    • Violations or irregular trading patterns may void payout eligibility.

8. Account Breach and Resubscription

  • If your account breaches the EOD (End-of-Day) drawdown limit, it is immediately closed.

  • Fund2Go does not offer resets — you may re-subscribe to open a new account.

  • Any unused credits from the previous account will roll over to your new account of the same tier.

9. Prohibited Practices

    To maintain fairness, integrity, and a professional environment within Fund2Go, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Hedging Between Accounts
    Taking opposite positions (long and short) on multiple accounts — whether within Fund2Go or across different firms — is not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Manipulation of Data or Reports
    Any attempt to alter, fabricate, or manipulate trade reports, platform data, or system-generated metrics will result in immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts.

  • Disabling the Fund2Go Guardian Sync
    The Fund2Go Guardian must remain active and connected at all times.
    If the Guardian system is stopped, disconnected, or tampered with, your account and associated tier will be immediately terminated, and you will be required to re-subscribe to continue trading with Fund2Go.

  • Unprofessional Conduct
    Harassment, abuse, or any form of disrespect toward Fund2Go staff or other traders will not be tolerated.
    Violations result in a permanent ban from all Fund2Go services with no refunds under any circumstances.

10. Trade Log Submission

A trade log is not required by default but may be requested in certain cases during payout verification or account review.

If requested, traders must export their trade log directly from their trading platform in CSV format.
The report must include the following details:

  • Date

  • Instrument traded

  • Entry and exit price

  • Position size

  • Trade direction (long or short)

  • Profit or loss per trade

  • Total cumulative profit/loss

Only original platform-exported CSV files are accepted.
Excel sheets, PDFs, screenshots, or modified reports will not be recognized.
All logs must display the official platform header or link to confirm authenticity.

11. Daily Trading Requirement

  • Fund2Go offers traders flexibility to manage their own schedules you are not required to trade every day.
    However, to qualify for withdrawals, consistent trading activity is required.

  • After completing your initial 14 trading days, each withdrawal cycle requires a minimum of 8 active trading days within every 10 trading-day period.
    Only trading days that meet Fund2Go’s criteria including minimum profit per day and valid trade execution count toward this total.

  • If you do not meet the 8 active trading-day requirement within a given payout cycle, your withdrawal will simply roll over to the next cycle, and your new trading days will continue to be counted toward eligibility.

12. Payment Failure or Cancellation

  • Failed payments immediately suspend or close your account.

  • Traders are responsible for canceling subscriptions at least 24 hours before billing renewal.

  • Contact Fund2Go support if you need assistance canceling before the due date.

13. Code of Conduct

Fund2Go maintains a professional environment for all traders.
Any threats, abusive language, or disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent ban from all Fund2Go services

  • No refund eligibility

14. Compliance and Enforcement

  • Fund2Go monitors all trading activity for consistency and rule compliance.

  • Breaches of drawdown, hedging, or manipulation result in immediate account closure.

  • Traders may rejoin by subscribing again under the same or different tier.
